Very beautiful grounds and lovely pool and room. Everything was extra comfortable.
What was not great was the breakfast. It was a beautifully presented and varied spread. But all the freshly made options were awful. The scrambled eggs were swimming in milk. The omelettes were so brown/overcooked. And even when you stood in line for fresh ones, the cooks put the heat up so high they inevitably overcook. The waffles were not good either. They really need to get a recipe from an american or european chef. Please do a serious taste test on items made by the hotel staff.
Other than that, the place was beautiful and luxurious for a reasonable rate.

The Sanma was very close to the Iguassu Falls park entrance and the wonderful bird sanctuary, Parque das Aves. The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. The staff was very accommodating and the grounds impeccable.
