"Everything was exceptional. Front desk receptionists were awesome and accommodating. My only complaint is the bartender- we arrived late and my sister wanted to enjoy the happy hour (I wasn’t there yet). Can’t remember what time it ended but she had 10 minutes. He waited to serve her until after it ended. She’s non confrontational (I’m not). It’s called Unreasonable Hospitality- she would’ve gotten 1 happy hour drink but she would’ve felt like we did when we checked in (like we mattered). Instead she got 1 drink and left and his tip was light so he only hurt himself in the end. May want to educate a what good customer service looks like. Just a suggestion"
