The room wasn’t very clean. The shower had hair on the walls and even mold in the bathroom. I had to clean the shower myself. The people above us and next to us were very laid. The staff don’t want to do anything about it and they act like they really don’t care. They show a laundry room but there’s no laundry room the washer and dryer are outside in the open. The shower knob kept falling off when we would take showers. The power outlet between the beds doesn’t even work and if you try to use it the whole thing comes out of the wall. If I had to use one word to describe this place it would be ghetto.

When we arrived late Friday afternoon the woman desk clerk was super nice and friendly. We just popped in our room to drop our bags and rush out again. When we returned we noticed odd things in our room. All the pillows were on one bed, no soap on bathroom sink, hand towel tossed on desk, dirty bed spread. We were not sure if the room was completely cleaned. It was late we had driven all day and didn’t want to change room so decided not to say anything that night. The next morning at checkout I told the desk clerk, a very nice lady, our experience and she said she was very sorry and that she would talk to the staff.
