This unit is nicely decorated and is attractive. However, a few things were disappointing. We fed back to the management company about 4 issues on the first day. They replied promptly, and it seemed that help was on the way. Of the 4 items, only one was addressed (more towels) and that was on the last day.
Our other concerns were, 1. only one roll of toilet paper. 2. the carafe for the coffee maker was not original and did not fit, so the carafe lid did not engage the button on the filter basket. This caused grounds in the coffee and a mess. We improvised a solution with a meat fork handle inserted between the lid and the basket. 3. Too few towels to allow showers and use of the hot tub. And, 4. the drawers in the dresser are broken - they fall out if pulled out more than a few inches, so we needed to fully remove them and set them on the bed and add or remove items. The management company did deliver more towels on the 4th (last) night, but no toilet paper or no fix for the coffee maker. We saw someone else complained about the coffee maker 4 months ago, and there was a response that this had been corrected. We also observed that the pictures of the unit in the listing show 2 arm chairs in the living room, but there is only 1. The free shuttle to the mountain is a 1/4 mile walk, including a steep hill. We drove the short distance to deliver equipment and most people to the bus stop so that only one of us had to make the walk. Even so, overall this is a nice unit, but be prepared for the potential for surprises and lack-luster response.
