Fantastic location with great views of the lake. It was exactly what we were looking for as it was up in the mountains but not too far. Place is well maintained and clean! We had a little snafu on readiness of the place at check in but the communication with property manager was very quick, simple and professional. They took care of us and Kudos to them! Already recommended this place to someone who is planning to go in the next month. Don't hesitate to book this place!

View was great and beds very comfortable. Only issues were grill was complicated to use and during the evening would be nice to have something to shade the sun which gets pretty intense.

Great location, spacious house

The house was perfect for our large group. Enough room so 10 adults had their space. The house was very clean and supplied with everything we could have needed. The location to the ski lift was very close with lots of parking. The views are incredible!!

Outstanding Views

The house was perfect for our group of 8. The views from the living room and the hot tub are absolutely gorgeous.The drive to Heavenly ski resort was slightly longer than I expected but was OK.

Ski Weekend Getaway

Friends annual ski weekend getaway. This house is perfect for large groups and has immaculate views from the patios and hot tub. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen and cookware is more than enough to prepare any meal. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful stay

This house is amazing! But..please know if you have older people or anyone that has issues with stairs, this house might not be the best. We stayed her with 10 family members and had the best time. The view is incredible, but you do get traffic noise. We'll be back for sure!

The house was beautiful and way up on top of the hill overlooking the beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. The house has three stories - and fit our two families with 4 young adults perfectly - just know there are a lot of different level of stairs. We had a great time with the two living areas and the game room is great. The only issue we had was that there was a snow storm and neither of our cars could make it up the hill to the house so we had to uber home and leave our car down in a parking garage one night. Snow tires were not enough - you must have 4 wheel drive. We really enjoyed the house ot and it was only about 6 miles to the gondola and casinos. We would stay there again.

Sleepless in Lake Tahoe

House was in a great location. Plenty of space and very clean. However the alarms went off (2) in the middle of the night and those of us staying on the 1st floor didn’t sleep at all. There was no way to shut the alarm and neither the owner or VRBO was reachable to shut the very loud alarm. We should get a refund for 2 lost nights.
