Fantastic Location - Tons of Room!

We loved staying here with the great views of the ocean, easy to walk to the beach location. The pool was also great to have and the house was spacious. We'd stay here again in a second!

Great location

Wonderful trip. The property is dog friendly, small dogs only, which was a huge bonus. Steps away from the beach, which was dog friendly. House has everything we needed and plenty of space. Our kids enjoyed the pool table. We paid to have the pool heated, but they were missing a part so we couldn’t use it. We were refunded our money to heat the pool, but it was a bummer not to be able to use it as our kids were looking forward to having a private pool. Wonderful stay, we’d definitely go back.

Beautiful house steps away from beach

This house was perfect. The pool was big enough for all 8 of us to swim at the same time. It was wonderful to have some beach chairs, pool toys, and pool towels included in the house. We could see the beach from 2 of the 3 balconies. The kitchen had a huge, spacious island. There were some interesting inlets for exploring and for catching crabs, which the kids enjoyed. We rented a golf cart for the week and had fun cruising back and forth into the village area. I'd love to go back again next year!

Rental house was not well cleaned, pool was not enclosed with a fence which is regulation, televisions were disabled (this was clarified by Comcast), and we were only supplied one key for our family. Will it rent again from Lighthouse Vacation Rentals.

Nice house, great location.

House work very well for our family. Very close to beach. Lots of room. Pool was very nice and in great shape. Only down side was bathrooms most needed major maintenance.

Amazing time on East Beach

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The house was great, the views were truly amazing and just steps away from the beach. We were able to bring our dogs, and the elevator made getting all of our stuff into the house easy! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Location and view

There were 6 of us that stayed for a week, and we totally enjoyed the place and the area. With a bad knee I used the elevator a lot also, it was a life safer being able to load it with luggage and such moving and leaving.

Beautiful home in East Beach

This was a lovely home, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beach is right across the street, and on this end of the island, there is always beach to walk on. It was too chilly to use the pool, but the pool area was beautifully maintained, and would be awesome for warmer weather. We really enjoyed ringing in the New Year at Wolfe Cottage.

Wonderful Spring break experience

Our stay at the property was a delight! The neighborhood is great and beach access is within sight of the front door! Ocean views from the porches made morning coffee a delight. We opted for heating the pool which was great given the winter storm passing through the area causing cooler temps. Great bedrooms, kids LOVED playing pool in the downstairs game room. We made good use of the well appointed kitchen and large dining table for nightly meals. We wished the pool area lit up at night but other than that-perfect!

Early Christmas

We loved staying at this home on SSI. We had 6 adults, 2 babies and a dog and had plenty of space. The home was clean, welcoming and in a great location (just steps away from the beach). We loved watching the sunrise from the upper balconies and walking the beach each morning. Check in and out was simple. Communication with property management was great and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Beauty at the Beach!

I cannot overstate how pleased we were with our stay at this property. The house is immaculate inside and out, with a beautifully manicured lawn and pool area, governor’s driveway, lovely furniture, well-stocked kitchen, and more. The multiple decks allowed for morning coffee with ocean views and evening relaxation before bed. Short walk to the sand, short bike ride to the pier, and short drive to grocery stores and Starbucks. Will definitely return!

It’s hard to beat this house!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! Steps away from activity at the beach, yet the location is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the private pool and closeness to the bike path so we could bike into town for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. There is plenty of parking with the large driveway and garage in back. There is great space inside the house, and even with 8 adults and 2 babies we never felt crowded. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived (and I am very picky about that!). We didn’t need anything during our stay, but the rental agency was fast in responding to any questions I had. Overall, it’s hard to imagine a better house; we’re already planning our trip for next year!

Great house and great pool

We had a great stay at 2225 Bruce Rd. The pool was the big hit for all of us. The leasing company was very helpful, rushing a propane tank out for the grill on a Sunday night only to realize right before they got here that I made a mistake and we had plenty of gas but they were very nice about it. Only negative is that there is Georgia stuff in the house... Go Gator.

Perfect location, amazing views, house had everything you could possibly need

We had no problems with the rental process and check-out. This property is first rate, we had a wonderful time this week and already planning to come back.
