The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with a beautiful Gulf view from the main living area and private balcony. This bright and cleverly designed studio features a king bed, pull-out sofa, and fully stocked kitchen with dining area makes this a great condo for the perfect beach escape. The value we offer is also unbeatable - resort amenities include a heated pool, digital parking pass for one (1) vehicle & beach gear includes beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy!

The views are amazing from the living space and the balcony. Once you arrive at this beachside studio condo, you will be surprised at what it offers the traveler. Recently renovated and located on the 2nd floor we have included everything you need for a stress free vacation. The studio is a combined living, dining and sleeping area. There is a new king bed and the couch converts into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and it offers a small balcony that overlooks the pool.

Guests have full access to the private studio condo, balcony with Gulf views, and resort amenities include charcoal grills with outdoor seating, a laundry facility and shuffleboard. Beach access is just steps away.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

This studio condo is on the 2nd floor accessible only by stairs, the building does NOT have an elevator.

Please note* the HOA over the summer is currently updating hallways with interior painting and new carpet. They will also be painting the exterior of the condos. You may see workers and occasional brief detours in the halls, though access to your condo will always be maintained. There is also potential for daytime noise during this work. - Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
