Beautiful condo, comfortable, clean, well appointed with anything you'd need. 6th floor especially nice for the great views! Super convenient location. Close to so many restaurants, stores and John's Pass. Walk to Waffle House for a great breakfast! ( I love Waffle House). Publix is really close if you want to cook your own meals. There's two nice grills for all your grilling needs. The pool is nice! So much positive about this place. Highly recommend!!!

Everything with the host and room was amazing and no complaints there, the view was beautiful! Only thing was the 2 front desk ladies upon check in and any additional inquiries were very stand offish and not welcoming.

Great location, great views. Clean room, stocked with everything we needed. Easy check in, plenty of communication. Only complaint was people underneath us were smoking on the balcony in the mornings and evenings when we wanted to sit outside.

Great location and stay, friendly staff. Thank you for sharing your home. Slightly odd when we got to the condo around 430pm the tv was on and a trip maintenance came in around 530pm without knocking, thought that was a little odd as well. 2 minutes later he knocked and apologized.Thank you again for sharing your lovely home.John and Pam

Beautiful place

Condo was pretty very clean. Nice essentials when uou first very there. Ready check in and out. Internet was our only issue which was an issue 2 out of 5 nights cause it rained. Bedroom tv you can only stream so wecouldnt use it.

Great two weeks

I can’t say enough about the location, absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is extremely clean, roomy enough.Beach chairs were fantastic, we have been to a lot of places where they claim to have beach chairs and they’re either broken or very old, they even gave us a beach wagon.We will definitely try and rent again

South beach stay Mar. 29-apr. 5/2025

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay at this condo very much. It was very clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the board walk and beach. We also really enjoyed our beach days. Chairs and an umbrella and wagon were very handy.

What a week!

We had a fantastic time in Treasure Island last week and we felt like the accommodations at South Beach were perfect for us! The unit was very comfortable, had everything we needed and what a view! The weather was absolutely perfect as well. We'll definitely look at coming back in the near future!

Sunset views from deck

Great central location to explore nearby attractions. Enjoyed sunsets from our balcony and was the perfect spot to relax after daily activities. We particularly enjoyed our walks along the beach.

A Million dollar View

The property is perfectly located on the gulf. The unit has a balcony overlooking the water and from the 6th floor, the view is amazing. The rooms are spacious, kitchen was easy to prepare meals in( although it would have been nice to have more than 4 plates, spoons and forks and knives. ) there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. I would definitely stay there again.
