Was not told it was a Duplex (neighbor was banging things ) found dirty used cotton balls under the dresser when sweeping ( no vacuum ) -Front door did not close well ( my dog got out once ) back gate to the driveway latch is pulled out and the gate drags on the ground - Showed lounge chairs and an umbrella for the sun on the deck ( neither were there - very hot out there to sit without an umbrella - nails sticking up from the deck my wife tripped twice - no screen door to back deck ( you open it and anything can just fly in -

The perfect spot!

The check-in was easy. The host was responsive and accommodating to any requests we had. The cottage was immaculate inside and out. The fenced-in back yard was perfect for our fur baby! The location was ideally located and walkable to anything you are looking for; restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and Main Street just about 1 block away. Dunedin itself is a charming town with great food, music, galleries, and lots to do! Close to other locations as well, including Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, and Safety Harbor. Must see and do; spend a day at Honeymoon Island and hit the Pinellas Trail (we rented e-bikes from Paradise Life-E Bikes and they delivered and picked up from the cottage) we road the trail up to Tarpon Springs and stopped at many spots along the way, it was a perfect way to spend the day!

The property was in very good condition and in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. Also, only a block from the bike trail. I would stay here again.

The place was awesome! Nice and cozy with a fenced in yard for us and our dog to hang. Very convenient as we could walk anywhere around Main Street Dunedin. Beautiful place.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our wedding in December and it was perfect! My husband and his groomsmen got ready here and it was the perfect location. I couldn’t believe how clean the property was with a washer and dryer inside! With two dogs that was a godsend. Thanks again for making our wedding weekend memorable by having this townhouse so close to everything!

Best location

Property worked perfect for us to bring our pug! Great back yard for the pooch. Loads of places to go and all are easy walking distance (breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, parks). We had the best visit. Tons of live music on the weekend.

Hot times

It was nice and close to shops, food and the relative who's wedding we were here for. We had a Great time at the Gulf of Mexico playing in the water and sand. We also went and played some mini golf. Overall it was a Great place to stay.

This was a great little house with a fenced in backyard which was what I was looking for. I had my 2 little dachshunds with me. Short walk to plenty of restaurants and downtown Dunedin.

Great location

Overall we had a very nice stay. The inside of the unit was as pictured and was very comfortable. The location of the unit is perfect. Just a block off Main Street and within walking distance to the pier and a lot of bars and restaurants. We recommend the chrispy chicken wrap at the Duniden Brewery. The only issue we had with the unit was on the outside. The deck furniture fabric is torn and the chairs are rusted from the weather and needs to be replace. The landscaping in the back yard has gotten overgrown and not maintained. With a little attention it could be a very nice space again. Again, it was a nice place and plan to stay here again.

Charming bungalow stay

Perfect location

The location is absolutely perfect to rail trail and downtown Dunedin. We were able to walk to restaurants, local festivals and the waters edge to see the sunset. We had a minor problem with the toilet which luckily resolved on its own (the property manager came immediately after our phone call). Also, a king size bed would be nice….but overall the accommodations are great. We’re looking forward to our next stay here!!

Great little cottage

Very clean, 1/2 block to the commercial strip but very quiet even during the Mardi Gras parade. Nice little back yard, a block from the bike trail. Highly recommended.

We loved the location!

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area. We really liked the ranch layout with a fenced in backyard. The queen bed was comfortable and it’s nice to have free parking. We will definitely stay again.

Loved everything about our stay in Dunedin. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, rail trail, shops, sunsets, etc. The unit had everything we needed including a nice outdoor sitting area. Great host and quick response to questions.

So much to do at your fingertips

The place is perfect for a couple. Everything is just as it is listed. It is just out of the hustle and bustle, but so much to do without driving everywhere. I don’t think we went anywhere that we couldn’t take our fur any either. We have already booked another stay.

Loved the location

We enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer. We had a slight hiccup with the code for the door but Vincent was available to help troubleshoot so we could get in. Thank you! The location is perfect if you wish to check out the unique shops, the restaurant options are endless if you wish to dine in or takeout (many are also pet friendly) and the water and walking trails are within walking distance. There is a bike rental place not too far if you want to rent bikes to tour around and golf carts are driven everywhere. We will definitely book another stay and hopefully a little longer next time.
