Uno de los pocos lugares "ma & pa" que quedan en Clearwater Beach. Pequeño, acogedor, amigable y familiar operado por 40 años. Somos un pequeño edificio de apartamentos con 10 apartamentos diferentes ubicados en el extremo norte de la isla. El edificio está a poca distancia de todo. La playa, restaurantes, tiendas, Pier 60 y puerto deportivo. El carro hace una parada justo en frente de nuestro edificio en caso de que realmente quiera aventurarse. El apartamento tiene 1 cama queen size, una sala de estar de tamaño completo y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Great location. You are right on the inland water front and you can walk 2 blocks to the ocean on the other side. Mike and Marta and very nice and I got a chance to meet the family. Very helpful hosts. I hope to return next year but probably won’t rent a car since most locations are with in walking distance.

The location was perfect for our stay! 2 blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. We especially enjoyed ending our evenings out on the little dock. Just make sure you have bug spray!

Great location, very very safe. Loved the tennis courts across street , watch people play at night! Beautiful Catholic Church end of street for Christmas Mass I loved. Very close to everything as far as restaurants and CVS , bars and beach is right there. Perfect place because even though it’s crowded it’s very quiet and peaceful. Love it. I would stay again !

Perfect location

This was a cute little place on the north beach. Right on the bay and a block from the beach. Also within walking distance to everything! Will stay there again for sure!

Perfect Vacation Location

The building is on a block of two away from the main strip with lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Check in and out was seamless and super easy.

Great beach house

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

We were very lucky to find this place for our vacation...It's right by the bay, you are literally right down the street from the beach...The place was cute & very clean the owners were very nice as well...me & my wife enjoyed it tremendously!

Loved being able to lay out and get sun on the deck and the lounge chairs that are already there for my convenience. Windy beach days made that nice! Very cool hidden gem.

older but adequate and convenient

Our stay was very good, very comfortable. The location was lovely, with easy access to beaches. Watching the sunrise from the dock was enjoyable, and everything in the unit worked, especially the air conditioning. We'd rent again, and for its condition and location combined, the price point is economical.
