Great location. Clean, spacious for our family of 4, and Patrick was very accommodating. There was an issue with the fridge and when I reached out, he responded within minutes with a fix. The only issue is VERY thin walls with the unit next door. I would definitely rent again.

Great, stress-free stay!

Patrick is a great communicator and very accommodating. Place was very clean and convenient location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Great place in a cool area

This was our second year in a row renting this house. It's a very cool spot within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars.

Girls trip

We had a great stay at this cottage. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the walking trail. Good shops for essentials nearby.

House was very clean and adequate space. It has basics you need to stay afar without having to eat every meal out. Be sure to bring your own coffee and or tea. Yard was nice and flocks of parrots came near enough to see. The area is very walkable and friendly. Great little find

Convenient spot

Experience was as described - bright and clean. Close to the trail and to delicious ice cream. We would stay here again.

Spring break stay March 2025

Property was very clean , cottage was well appointed. Patrick was very responsive with any questions . Neighborhood is close to everything we needed. Overall great value .

Great little getaway

The cottage was perfect, clean, updated decor and renovations. Host was great communicating. Kitchen was well equipped with a coffee center and air fryer as a bonus! Quiet community and cozy. Will definitely recommend!

Long weekend trip to Palm Harbor

The area was very quiet and we didn't have issues of any kind. Patrick was great and answered any questions quickly. I would definitely rent from Patrick again.

Great Location

We stayed at the property for leisure and I also worked remotely. Was able to set my office in the kitchen. The host was very responsive. Great Location: we walked the Pinellas trail daily and Tarpon Tom's bike rental is 5 min walk from this rental.

House was clean and nice A small apt is attached to house so you may hear other guests. Depends on how respectful that are to night time noise. Ours were okay. We look forward to doing this again. Place was great!

Great memorial Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in his nice place, easy and convenient location which is close to everything, including the state park Honeymoon Island beach. It is also 5 minutes from a delicious seafood restaurants, like Ozone blue Grill and Frenchy's seafood. He kept in touch with us if anything came up, but it wasn't really necessary. Thank you!

Great little house for kids

We absolutely loved this property. It was great for kids with the large fenced in yard. The rooms and furniture were perfect for us. And having a full kitchen with an ice maker was a game chnager. It was close to the beach and had the cutest homemade ice cream shop within a five minute walk. I have recommended this place and the other units to many people already and will definately be back when needed.

Very clean and comfortable as stated

The house was VERY clean and in a good location for our needs. We had a couple issues with people mistaking our unit for another unit they rented due to poor markings. The host was very helpful in responding to our issues. The bathroom of the unit could not accommodate a large person due to it's size, but we were fine. Overall a good stay!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience. Floors so uneven my husband on walker felt like he was falling when walking across floors. Some type of insects coming out of bathroom and kitchen drains.Overall house felt icky. Couldn’t explain why until a few days into visit. A swarm of termites overtook bedroom! Was an awful experience. It was 2:15 in the morning and could find no rooms available (Memorial Day weekend) so we stayed the night…no sleep. Owner was contacted and had no solution other than he would send someone over. Later in the day he sent a house cleaner! We were charged for the night because we didn’t leave by 10am. He said he would reimburse us 300 but has not as yet. We paid for 13 days up front. We have rented many places in the past and have NEVER experienced such a horrendous stay. Needless to say all of our belongings had to be cleaned and fumigated. Beware…we believed the rave reviews … obviously FALSE!

Clean,spacious,central to fun restaurants/town

We were very comfortable in this clean and comfortable house. Everything worked well. Beds comfortable. We had extra family stay a few nights and they were comfy too. It’s walking and central to Ozona and Palm Harbor restaurants. Bike path in back yard. Starchans ice cream at the end of street. The location is directly accross from USPS so there was to be expected occasional noise. Nothing that kept us awake.

Palm Harbor weekend get away

Cottage was very clean and roomy. Location was near a US post office so did hear trucks in the morning but was manageable. The door was a keypad and no way to ensure locked from inside - when you tried the handle from inside the door opened. Side door was the same concept. Had to hit the exterior lock button and quickly shutdoor.Would have appreciate a deadbolt that worked - just extra comfort -as one night someone staying at unit next door was trying to get in at my door not realizing was at wrong door. I knew locks were working as he could not get in and was an innocent mistake, The extra lock would add an extra level of ease for tenant.

My stay was wonderful , this house was neat and clean as described Patrick was very accommodating and attentive to my needs very quick responses clear communication. This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s located in a great area with Dunedin Clearwater Tarpon Springs all great things to do. I would recommend this to anybody and the host is incredible.
