Enjoy watching wildlife and a daily boat parade. Newly updated with coastal decor and comfy furniture. Largest pool on the beach and free boat slips are available. BBQ grills are also available.

The Space:
This unit was not damaged during the hurricanes. However, The lower level units and the pool did sustain damages. Pool and lower unit repairs are underway. Construction activites should be expected during working hours. Ask about local discounts for displaced residents and contractors discounts.

This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.

Public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful.

Perfect last minute getaway

Perfect location! It may be small but it’s perfect with so many thoughtful details. The ceiling fan remote went bad. Before contacting property manager we checked the drawer there was a replacement! Very clean with all kitchen supplies even a blender. Everything you need for a beach day. Big cooler, little cooler, chairs etc. We will keep this property on our list to go back! Thank you Scott!
