Nice house, good location, nice back yard and patio area, clean. Towel bar in bathroom fell off wall, closet organizer fell from wall in bedroom, gas grill(new) did not have gas orifice in burner control so that burner did not work. Ice machine in refrigerator did not work. With my knowledge of DIY projects these were not put together correctly causing the problems. Other than these few missteps the place is very nice,
