Everything about the house was great. However, they charged extra to heat the hot tub and pool. We only needed the hot tub but they are connected so we couldn't do just one. The hot tub also never got above 95ish..

Home was perfect for our large family trip had everything we needed from towels to a fully stocked kitchen I would highly recommend!! Host was great to work with five stars all the way

Great place for a group of friends

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most our time along St Pete beach and downtown St Pete, so this property was the perfect location for that. Lovely water views for sunsets with cool outdoor seating for hanging out. The beds were overall very comfortable- usually a hit or miss with these large properties but we all commented on the quality of the beds. The furniture in general was comfortable and nice, but for a large group the property does lack a bit of indoor seating for everyone. The host was super responsive and helpful, promptly replying to our messages. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just a few minor issues we had were: Trash wasn’t collected before arrival, Not a ton of seating room for large groups in living room, WiFi had bad signal besides top floor.

Terrible communication and attention to detail.

I reserved this place 2 months prior to our Christmas week vacation. I visited the neighborhood after the hurricanes in October and was able to see the house in very good condition. We were told it would be all set by Christmas. This is a new property for the owner. When we arrived there was no gas for the stove or jacuzzi, turned out the gas tank had been picked up by the gas company for non payment from prior owner. This owner had never opened an account for the property he owned for months. the house manager and the gas company confirmed this. The outdoor furniture was not together on any of the 3 levels of the house. The location and house are great. Communication with owner and manager are unreliable, pushy to book, and not responsive to questions prior to arrival. There were a number of other issues as well. The manager did her best to deal with the issues after we arrived, but there was a clear lack of attention to details. Photos could be up dated. The owner did return an extremely small amount of our large payment.

The house itself was great and in a solid location. Some of the listed amenities, like shampoo and body wash, were not provided, but that wasn’t a huge deal.The owner, however, was by far the worst host I’ve ever dealt with. Our reservation showed an 11:00 AM checkout time. During our stay, he randomly messaged me saying checkout had changed to 10:00 AM. He then showed up to the house at 10:00 AM and cussed at my brother for still being in the house gathering his things.The last person from our group was out around 10:30 AM, and by 10:50 AM he had already sent me a 400 late checkout charge. The funny part is VRBO support later confirmed that our reservation showed an 11:00 AM checkout time, so he won’t be getting his 400.What really stood out was how unprofessional and arrogant he was. On the phone, he bragged about how much money he makes, and then texted my personal cell phone saying, “It’s losers like you that can’t fathom my success.” Hosts should not be talking to guests like that.I wasn’t exactly friendly after hearing how he treated my brother, but his behavior was completely unacceptable from start to finish.Nice house. Terrible owner. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend finding another property.

Such an amazing house! Highly recommend for a big group! Had my bachelorette here & even had the boat pick us up from the dock! Kitchen is fully equipped. Pool was lovely but we were never able to get the outside outlets/ TV to work.
