Staff at check-in was not friendly. Room was very cold when I arrived (58 degrees). The heater had one setting - heat to 78 degrees (too warm). Lamps in room appeared broken/tilted. Visible screws protruding from bathroom cabinet. The peep hole on the door was located too high for a 5'3" person to use. (Noise in hallway, unable to check peep hole before opening door. Safety concern!) Outside cold air blowing thru vent in closet, made room very cold. No small refridgerator.

We booked six different rooms and three of the six were not what we booked, 3 of them didn’t have the view and one of them had double beds and not a king. One of the couches was covered in dog hair, and another one had a white crusty spot on it. Also the male bartender was extremely rude and made several comments to our group that were hateful as well as other guest we observed.

Full-service hotel amenities unfortunately combined with the in-room maintenance you might expect at a cheap roadside motel. On the upside: Super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, nice lobby, convenient to airport, and free shuttle (although plan ahead as it only goes every 30 minutes).

Room looks great! Front desk was excellent- efficient, helped me with my long term parking, got me right where I needed to be. Key worked for elevators and room, no problems. I now know the shuttle schedule for tomorrow morning. Everything has been smooth. Room is clean and in order. We're watching a movie on AMC on free local cable. All is well. I'm happy as a clam. 😀
