The staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious. The bed was too firm for my liking and the AC unit periodically would make a screeching noise waking us from our sleep. They also did not notify us upon check in that the fitness room and pool were not open. This should definitely have been advertised in advance so people have the option to book elsewhere.

Staff was great! Hotel is in a great location with close proximity to lots of amenities. Some of the furniture and fixtures in the rooms are starting to show their age however.

Cleanliness at this hotel has improved a lot. I was told it was under new management and it shows. This was my 3 stay here where the fire alarm went off. This time at 2:20 am. False alarm which was a good thing.

The room wasn’t up the property standard that I have come to expect. I did not receive the VIP $15 food voucher either. Made the front desk staff aware of the room status twice. The manager overheard the second conversation and offered 2 vouchers and apologized for the state of the room and welcomed us back to a free night at the location.
