The 3rd house from the public access has lots of beach activity. The parking is ample. The house is very well stocked.The third d floor is very warm. The nest thermostat is locked. The management company can’t or won’t help you with it.

NO KING BED. Only queens and twins in bedrooms. Also, we could NOT control the passcode-protected NEST THERMOSTAT. Contacted management company that contacted the owner to give us the PIN code password. They only offered to adjust it for us. It was so hot at night in FEBRUARY! House was beautifully decorated and in a nice location.

We came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and this is a great location! The listing says there’s one king bed and one queen, but there are just two queens. However this was still a great unit and we had a great time!

Great place. Close to stores. New renovation with fresh modern colors. Kitchen is populated with pans and utensils that are used but functional. I think that the cabinets are still being renovated with pulls and under cabinet lights. I would stay here again.
