Should have been cleaner
The property it's self is great. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and easy to access the lagoon and pools. The problem was that we had a lot of issues with the facility itself.The floors were filthy. It is requested that you not wear your shoes inside, but when we did this our feet were black with in a few minutes. I don't think the floors have been cleaned in weeks or longer. The broom was broken and held together with a paper towel. There was a swifer there with no pad or a cleaning solution attached, so it was useless.We couldn't use the hand mixer because there was no beaters. There was only one dish towel for a 5 bedroom home rented for 7 days. We were told that was all we get. We did have to go purchase a few more since we had 10 people staying in the unit.One of the toilets was backed up. The door ice maker on the fridge did not work.The cabinet with the trash and recycle containers was broken. Coffee table and art work on the wall was broken. One of the scooters was broken. They did come and take the scooter and bring a bike in its place.The TV on the deck was not working properly.The lagoon was not available for 3 days. Although most of these items were corrected while we were there, it is obvious that the cleaning crew was not doing their job and the owner has not been around to check on their property to be sure that Red Rock was watching their team doing thier job.
