I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly staff member. She graciously accommodated us and we were able to get into our room. We found this room clean, orderly and conveniently located near the parking area. Once inside, we soon discovered that the toilet was not flushing properly, but after calling the front desk, a courteous and polite young man promptly came and resolved the issue. All else has been flawless. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows.

The hotel was just okay as far as cleanliness and also just ok the breakfast buffet. Food was dry and coffee was bland. The receptionist when I checked in was the opposite of friendly. She seemed annoyed we asked to check in early even though the room was ready. The carpet in the room looked very old and I just hate carpet in hotel rooms. But the heated pool and jacuzzi were very nice as well as the convenience of the hotel location.

Staff was very courteous. Room was clean tidy. Didn't ever make it to breakfast, but it looked good! the thing I really loved was the pool and hot tub were open and warm. We enjoyed hanging out in them over an hour even though it was only 50 degrees outside!
