We opted to not have breakfast so I can't say anything about that service. However, the staff was 100% Marriott trained. They were exceptional. The room on the other hand had a thermostat that was not attached to the window unit. The blow dryer was visibly split apart, which could be a safety hazard for anyone wishing to dry their hair and not have it end up wrapped around the internal fan. The bathtub also had many rust stains and wear. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable though there were the few concerns we mentioned above.

I enjoyed the option of Turkey bacon versus pork bacon. The room was very clean. We did have to change rooms due to the television in the first room not working. The staff were very accommodating and moved us right away. Bed was very comfortable. All in all another great stay for us!

Even though we had a problem with the laundry room, washer and dryers weren’t working probably. Staff made sure to reimburse all money that was spent and even let me stay pass checkout because it was taking so long. They were very understanding and patient. I probably won’t wash my clothes there again but I will for sure book another stay there.

Shower issue

The hotel was good - was in a great location, breakfast was decent. Only issue was the shower curtain was too short and the water went everywhere. We even had the shower head pointed towards the wall but it was hard to shower.

Most terrible bathroom I have ever witnessed at a Fairfield. Toilet ran all night and could not be stopped. Opened tank and it was so corroded it could not be fixed. Breakfast was fair, coffee was not hot. Cereals were all sugar cereals etc. enough said
