"Location is great, staff was super, property was very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony along the river. BUT...pool and hot tub were not yet open for the season. When on the balcony you are right next to the guests in the next room, a little awkward when both are sitting outside. Also, we had no control over the temp of our room, it got down to 64 degrees and that was with a towel over the vent . The water pressure of the shower was awful and the shower never got hot. Also, we received an email just a day prior to our stay stating we would have a coffee maker in our room and there was not. I did ask the front desk and was told they no longer provide coffee makers and there was no where on site to get coffee at that time."
