Great house in walking distance to the Amp and beach. We were 3 couples and had plenty of space. The pool and patio area were lovely too. We will definitely return the next time we visit St. Augustine Beach if it's available.

This house worked out so well for us! Couple with dogs traveling with in-laws. Wanted split floor plan and space to not feel on top of each other. The back yard is backing up to a major road but you really wouldn’t know it. The fencing situation is amazing for those with furry friends. I was never worried about our pups, as the perimeter was very secure. The house decor is dated but it really didn’t take away from the stay. Kitchen was very functional and had a lot of things we normally don’t find in a Vrbo ( nice knives is one my hubby is always happy about) . The location is amazing. We were minutes to the beach and minutes to downtown. We came for nights of lights, but ended up spending more of our time out on Anastasia island ! We found our stay very comfortable, and convenient for everything we wanted to do! We even swam in the heated pool Christmas morning, it was a treat ! House is on a small nice culdesac with plenty of parking. Two different living room areas with TVs, nice to have two options considering the bedrooms don’t have TVs. Very close to a nice public boat ramp, made dropping our little boat for cruises very quick and easy! We would absolutely come back and stay here! Was a lovely vacation!

Our family loved the house! The location was perfect. The kids loved the seperate bedrooms. And they especially loved the game room in the back. Everyone loved the heated pool. It came in clutch after the rain cooled the water a bit. We will definitely be back next summer!

This spacious house was the perfect retreat for our two families of eight adults. Excellent communication from the host, who provided all access info (including the best route to the neighborhood beach gate) several days prior to the stay and was very responsive with general inquiries. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. There were also a few beach towels and chairs, as well as pool toys and floats. The pool was clean and the outdoor area was perfect spot to relax. The landscaping and rope lighting around the pool at night made the outdoor space even more inviting. The neighborhood beach access was a bit too far for us to walk, but a couple of us brought bikes and found the ride and access very easy. Anastasia State Park was conveniently located and our preferred method for beach access. Great accommodations and location!

Comfortable property Great location!

This well appointed beach house with a great pool and yard was perfect for our growing family’s relaxing getaway. Our pups enjoyed the walk through the neighborhood to the state park with the beautiful beach. Our baby grandson loved splashing in the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and property very clean. David the host was extremely responsive to our questions and requests before and during our stay. The road noise when outside was occasionally bothersome, but not noticeable inside the house. We would book with these hosts at this property again.

Railway vacation

Very nice location close to beach. Furniture and bed were comfortable. We stayed 6 weeks and felt like home. Owner was very nice and was very responsive to our requests. The only negative is the A1A traffic next to the house.

Great location for a perfect trip

We love the proximity to the beach and historic downtown. It’s also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool provided a relaxing place to spend time after a morning at the beach or even a day recovering from a fun filled day before. We would absolutely return.
