This condo was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. It was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the ocean. A short walk to the beach. The online picture looks longer than it really is. Access to the beach is from the 1st floor(We mistakenly kept searching on the LL) Location was great. Beach and area was not crowded and was a short drive to the very crowded St. Augustine attractions. Nice plus was the hotel carts and grocery carts to haul things to our room. Would definitely stay here again.

First time in Crescent Beach

Beautiful property and fabulous unit. Views are amazing. Easy access to beach and pool. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Historic St. Augustine offers something for everyone.

Trip of a Lifetime! Better Than Expected!

Trip of a Lifetime for myself, my 95 y.o. mother and my 2 adult daughters for an All Girls Trip! As this beautiful condo faces directly East, not only is there a fabulous view of the ocean from the living area and balcony to view a beautiful sunrise but you have a wonderful view of the sunset just out the back door with several chairs provided!No Driving or Dressing Up Required!!The Unit was clean and well-equipped. The Hosts were readily available for questions and any concerns. Several seafood restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The Beach is clean, adequately monitored by local security via trucks and helicopters with just the right amount of family-friendly sunbathers & surfers! Loved being on the 6th floor as we had an amazing view of flocks of pelicans and flamingos fly right past our condo! Numerous sightings of dolphins! Perfect get away and we can wait to go back with our husbands next trip!

Lovely area. Great views. Elevator issues on 2 days, making it a difficult climb to the 6th floor!!! The oven -temperature was difficult to read the digital numbers due to lights being burnt out.

50th Anniversary Trip with Friends

We spent a week near St Augustine with family celebrating their 50th anniversary. Our unit was everything we hoped for. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The trip managers were very helpful and accommodating! We loved the place and the city! We will stay again!

This condo was wonderful. It was clean, balcony view was amazing. When I had questions and contacted the owners before trip and during trip they responded back with ten minutes. They were there to answer any questions. I highly recommend renting this condo.

Wonderful time…yet again

My family and I love staying at this Oceanfront condo. This is our second time and we DO plan to return. The property is very clean and well maintained. The view is priceless. David is always welcoming and very attentive. We will be back!

Great condo, very clean!

My family and I have been staying at condos in this complex every summer for the past 3 years, and this one was by far the cleanest and nicest. Property managers were very responsive and made check in and check out very easy. Will definitely look to stay here again next year!

For several years, we have stayed on the West Coast, but since I always wanted to visit Saint Augustine, we decided this year would be the year. The condo was spectacular- view from the living room and the master especially at sunrise was everything one could hope for. The entire place was clean and very comfortable

Beautiful view of the ocean and the inland waterway!

Terrific beach - walked 4 miles each day! Penthouse view of the ocean along with a great view of the inland waterway. Master bed was very comfortable (only 2 of us in the unit so no basis for opinion of the other beds). Prepared breakfast and dinner daily in the condo - kitchen sufficiently equipped. Had a very relaxing week!

Crescent Beach

The Condo was so nice with amazing views from both sides. The only problem was not the fault of the Condo but Sand Dollar. There was trouble with the elevator not always working and I was stuck in it for about 15 minutes before someone heard me and helped me get out. Besides that we loved our stay there.

Wanted to but management company said no

We booked this property and we’re very excited about staying there. However, 1 week out we were told by mgmt company that we couldn’t stay here. They switched us to a different property. And, they booked the new rental for us and charged us 2 booking fees. Unfortunately we will not book thru that mgmt company again.

Fabulous condo

The condo was beautiful. This was our first time staying at the Sand Dollar condominiums. Being able to see the ocean from one side and the intercoastal from the other side was spectacular. The condo was well stocked for cooking... better than any place we have ever stayed before. The decor was nice. And having a locked place to store our beach equipment was an added bonus. Just an overall great experience.

Sunrise, Sunset

Totally enjoyed this 6th floor getaway on the ocean in March, where relatively few people were staying - the vast beaches were ours. The only noise was construction going on (both condo refinishings and removal/repairs of stairways to beach) during the day and no direct access to the beach, but the minor inconvenience was relatively insignificant. Sun rises on our pack patio in the morning and sets on our front entrance in the evening - great time for coffee or cocktails. Much more peaceful than places as you get closer to St Augustine - fun in the sun, sand between your toes, and quiet air all added to a most restful vacation. Although we never had to speak to owners, we felt comfortable knowing they would accommodate us if necessary - met the person that was cleaning, and she could not be more helpful.
