Ideal House and Location for Family Vacation

This house suited our families needs perfectly. (4 families 3 with 5 children) The houses layout, location to the beach, and pool make it idea for the littles. Not to mention that the house is beautiful inside and out. We had one small issue with kitchen that was quickly resolved. Host communication was quick and responsive.

Great family getaway!

I stayed with family (8 adults 18; 5 kids 3-12) and it was everything we needed. Our own pool and hot tub, plenty of private sleeping areas and bathrooms, easy access to the beach and a quiet neighborhood (we took evening walks every night and it's a great area for that). It was really nice that the house comes equipped with kids plates/silverware (and even had a pack & play if needed). Host communicated within 24 hours every time when needed. Great walkable beach with clear water. Pool guys came to check on saltwater and chemicals and they had pool towels and beach toys (like boogie boards and kids toys) at the house. Great stay!!

Perfect Summer Stay

This property is beautiful with all the amenities. Beds are comfy, plenty of linens provided, well-appointed kitchen, great pool with lots of floats, relaxing hot tub! Owners were very attentive when we had questions and helped us when we had AC problems. Short walk to the quiet beach. The beach is wide and plenty of room. Loved our stay here with family and friends and would happily stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. There were 11 of us total and the house had rooms and beds for everyone plus some! If you have babies, it had everything you need, including baby gates, high chair, and pack n plays. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

Just Beachy was perfect!

This house did not disappoint. There was lots of room for multiple families, gorgeous backyard and pool, plenty of beach toys we could borrow, and easy walk to the beach. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even though you can drive on the beach at lower tides, we still felt that it was safe for the kids. It was a holiday weekend but it never seemed overcrowded. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful beach house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The check in process was seamless and the host was very responsive to any questions. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was beautiful and a great temperature. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice to also be able to drive on the beach to drop off those in our party with limited mobility. Our family has rented many vacation homes, and this was one of our favorites!

GREAT house, awesome pool, VERY helpful owners, close to beach

We LOVED the house - it was clean and huge and housed our entire family plus my parents. We loved the open concept on the main level with the big kitchen / den space. The kids rooms with bunks were awesome and glad they had their own bathroom. The master bed was super cozy. We had some issues with the pool not heating but the owners were ON IT and very helpful in getting it fixed. We also had only a few washcloths for the entire household but the owners were QUICK to respond to my message and had 10 washcloths SHIPPED out to the house next day. So helpful and responsive. My only "critique" would be that the water pressure was very low in the showers & one of the neighbors was not a fan of our loud/happy/boisterous children haha, but other than that we loved this house and would totally come back again! Thankful for responsive and helpful owners and the big house and awesome pool and easy walk to the beach. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Beach House!!

We had the most incredible weekend staying at this house! The location is excellent for walking to the beach and the photos do not do this house justice! It was even better than we thought it would be. They've also done some renovations and there are stairs that go down from the main "2nd" floor (where the kitchen/living room space is) directly down from the porch to the pool which is awesome!! Great communication from the hosts, and the house was so fully stocked with all sorts of great things like spices/toilet paper/etc. that we weren't expecting. Super clean, beautifully decorated, huge spaces, comfy beds... perfect for our girls getaway weekend!

Great location, minor issues

Overall, we loved our stay. First, the good. Amazing location, great amenities, close to the beach, and the pool was fantastic. Also close to grocery stores and tons of restaurants. Very spacious rooms and common areas. It was also great to have beach carts and some toys that we were available for us to use. Now the bad... ants. When we arrived, there was a significant amount of ants in the kitchen, main floor bathroom, and a bedroom. Clearly it was from past renters not cleaning up spilled crumbs, etc., but they were still there. There was also some mold on the ceiling of the upstairs main bathroom water closet. The owner was extremely quick with replies to my concerns. An exterminator was called and sent the very next day, with some traps and external spray. She was very apologetic about the issues and thanked me for bringing them to her attention. Aside from the issues, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this beautiful house.

This home is even more beautiful and luxurious than it appears on line! Everything was immaculate! The owner is very quick and friendly with responses to questions. The location is very close to beach and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking! I would highly recommend this property for your vacation!
