Location & Pool Great. House Lacking. Customer Service Terrible.
The location of the house and pool were great, and we enjoyed our stay from that aspect. The backyard area with the hoop was nice.
Several of the outdoor furniture pieces were broken and others were quite worn, but there was enough provided that it wasn't an issue.
Unfortunately, the unit itself appeared to have been cleared of basics before we arrived. There were no towels, tissues, paper towels, etc in the house. After reaching out four times to customer service and being told that the local staff would call us, we ended up having to buy towels to get by for the remaining time. With three young kids with us, this was very frustrating, as towels are a necessity and not something we wanted to spend our limited time trying to get from the management company. It is also strange to provide a Keurig pot and K-cup organizer, but no coffee. Be aware that very limited cooking options are available. There were no pots and limited dishes. The microwave was also filthy dirty with butter or oil caked on it, and the water throughout the unit was yellow colored and tasted strange.
