When we arrived, the code we received would not open the front door. After about 45 minutes we received a new code and finally gained access. That evening as we tried to take showers, we realized that there was no hot water. We contacted the owner and were told someone would be out promptly the next day. No one showed up until after 1pm, which was too late for us to start taking showers for the day as we had a family function to attend. When the owner realized that the hot water heater couldn’t be fixed (much later that day) they offered the use of another property to shower in only, which was extremely inconvenient. There were 9 of us that needed to shower and attend an event that evening and didn’t have time to shower at a different location one by one. We made a request at the end of stay to be refunded one day’s fee for the inconvenience we experienced. The owner came back with a half day refund (which didn’t include the owner service fee or house cleaning fee). We did not find this refund satisfactory and asked them to reconsider but they would not. We will not be using this owners properties in the future!

The kitchen was very nice - the two skillets weren't very good but we weren't cooking much so it didn't matter. The house was lovely - one of the best we've ever stayed at. Could have used a few more bath towels with so many bathrooms. Wonderful to be able to easily access the beach as well as the Beachside Diner, May Day Ice Cream, etc. We loved it!

The house is amazing and its location is perfect! It was easy to get to places we wanted to go to and the beach is a short walk. The beach was very private and not a lot of people which was awesome.

Housekeeping does a fantastic job on this property! This house was as clean or cleaner than any VRBO we’ve stayed at. It is a great location to walk to the beach as well as local restaurants and coffee shop. The house had plenty of space for everyone on our family trip with adult children. We also loved having a good sized pool to enjoy.

Wonderful!!!!

This house is beautiful! We had a group of 10, and we had plenty of room for everyone. There is a king bedroom on the first floor and another king bedroom on the second (main) floor. The third floor has three bedrooms with king beds and one of those bedrooms also has a day bed. The decor is very nice, and we thought that the beds were very comfortable. The laundry room has two washers and dryers. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Several restaurants and ice cream shops are within walking distance, and we loved being able to walk to dinner. The amenities and location of this house made for a wonderful vacation. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions leading up to and during our vacation. We would definitely book this house if we are ever in the area again. Thanks for a great vacation!

this house was perfect for our family, everyone had their own bedroom and the kitchen/family room was awesome.Loved the pool area and pretty much everything about the house. Beach chairs and more pool rafts, etc would be greatly appreciated.

This house was perfect for our family reunion trip to St. Augustine. The location was perfect - close to everything on A1A, but also close to the beach. The pool was fantastic - the pool itself and the floats! The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough dishes, pots/pants, etc. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautiful. The bonus of a rollaway bed was awesome! Thanks for a great stay - we loved it and hope to return one day!

Wedding Vacation

The house is beautiful and we loved it. It is very convenient to get to the beach, restaurants and ice cream! The only problem we had was with the pool. We paid to heat it from 7 am to 11 pm, but it was not working the first two days so we called and they came out and said they fixed the settings, however it was only warm in the morning. I would not recommend paying to hear the pool. It was not with it.

Winter golfing getaway

The property was nicely appointed and close to the beach, not as many high quality golf courses nearby as we had hoped, so a good bit of driving if golf is the main focus of the trip. Since the kitchen is on the second level and 3 of the bedrooms are on the third floor, stairs are a factor when bringing in groceries and when handling luggage upon arrival and departure.

"Spacious, Clean, and Perfect for Our Holiday Gathering!"

A Fantastic Stay for Our Christmas Party Weekend! We recently stayed at this beautiful three-story home for our CoolAir MD Christmas party, and it exceeded all expectations. The property was spotless, and the layout was perfect for our group of eight adults. It provided plenty of space for everyone to relax while also offering a central gathering area where we could enjoy quality time together. The amenities were exactly as promised, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal—just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine to enjoy some peace and quiet, yet conveniently close to grocery stores and a great breakfast spot right across the street. We highly recommend this home for family getaways or group events. We’re already planning to check its availability for next year’s Christmas party. A big thank you from all of us at CoolAir MD for an amazing experience!

Would Stay Again

From the initial booking, the management team communicated every detail needed. All texts sent to the provided contact regarding our stay were quickly responded to. The property was super clean. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well supplied, the grill was clean, the pool was warm. The house was spacious and was perfect for our needs. So glad we chose this property. Great stay and would def stay here again. On Wednesday mornings there is a farmers market at the pier well within walking distance. Veg & fruit stand, fresh muffins, bagels, breads + more.

Best Experience

The home was absolutely amazing! We had quite a big group with multiple families and it was so nice to find a place where we could all stay on our family vacation! The house was SUPER clean and so beautiful! Everything about this home exceeded our expectations for our trip! We only had one hiccup with the washer/dryer flipping the breaker and the owner was very communicative and is looking into the problem for future guests! We will 100% love to stay here again and is an actual oasis! All of the details of this home and the extra thought the owners put into this home made our vacation the best one yet! Thank you!
