The shower drain clog every time I took a shower. Even with a short shower I would be standing in ankle deep water and I was there 3 days. I could not find staff most of the time and they were not friendly most of the time. My last night there I was woken up at midnight to the sound of 2 high school age girls arguing and fighting out in the parking lot. When I was leaving I could not find a hotel cart and the elevator went offline. I had to make 5 trips hauling gear downstairs from the 6th floor to the 1st floor, including the last trip hauling a 50-60 pound cooler.

Dust on the fire sprinkler and on the ceiling where the vent was. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for parking in their parking lot. They just add it on your bill.

No one at registration desk Restaurant and lounge closed, coffee bar open but no one behind the counter this morning. Only hot water in the room including shower. Horrible experience. Hotel should disclose the restaurant and bar is closed. Not Happy. I should get our money back. So we left the hotel for an aappointment with an attorney with no shower.

Room was decent(not dirty but serious upgrades need had), staff is subpar, and THAT WINDOW! Although beautiful especially early in the morning, I would like the option of closing some blinds ! On the 5th floor you can still hear the parking lot as well.. and be sure not to leave ANYTHING behind. (The staff plays Finders keepers.)

The rooms were the cleanest ive ever seen. The staff we very polite and seemed to actually listen to what my needs were. I will definitely be staying again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Had to be moved three times first was a pure clean room the bathtub had black mold been there so long it was pink, the second room was like landing an airplane the heater was louder then the tv, third room had no hot water in sink we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. Breakfast was cold and so old the eggs were like rubber.
