The phone in the room was not working when I arrived so I could not set a backup wake up call. Housekeeping did not clean the room until the third day of the trip. Additionally, housekeeping did not supply me with new glasses for water my entire five night stay. I stay at this property every visit to Pittsburgh, but have never had one with such large deviations from the norm.

I would stay again. Historical building. Comfortable room and bed. strong shower and working ac. Charles on text was very helpful to resolved kinks I had during my stay.
There were a few kinks during our stay
- Bell desk was a bit unfriendly and nonchalant. Our bags didn’t get to our room still after 75 min. Had to chase them for it
- wanted to charge me $10 for receiving an Amazon package sent there. Ridiculous so I refused
- had to go ask them to remove internet charges from my stay since I joined their loyalty program this should be automatic
- inconsistent communication- at checkin they told me free water and just come down and ask for more when I need. Next night I ask for more, they said only first two bottle are free. They ended up giving me two more for free but it was just unpleasant to set the wrong expectations.
