The "Tree Escape" is very cute, comfortable and convenient. Much thought has been put into meeting all of renters' basic needs. Instructions and communication were clear. Highly recommend staying at the "Tree Escape" when in Southport area.

The tree Escape was absolutely wonderful! Our Hostess was delightful, responsive and just over all very warm and friendly. The tree Escape provided everything you could possibly want and more for your stay! everything was Modern, updated,super clean and I can't even begin to tell you how comfortable that bed was! My husband and I suffer from terrible bad back pain, and it is literally the most comfortable bed we've have ever slept it in our lives. We reached out for the information, so we can order one when we get home it was that great! Southport is a cute Waterfront town and I would highly highly recommend this Airbnb. Reasonably priced and literally one of the best places we've ever stayed! Thank you for everything Ginga!

Book It!

Ginga, Oz and Roxy,Thank you for a delightful stay in the Southport Treehouse. We immediately felt right at home. I loved sipping coffee on the deck and playing frisbee with Roxy.There was not one thing lacking - the attention to detail was impressive. From the well-placed notes throughout the home, to the app, to the aesthetics. You won’t need to bring anything except a beach towel. There’s even an umbrella in the closet! I loved that we were able to walk to town (much to the complaint of my husband, lol). It was the perfect, quiet, relaxing stay for which we were hoping.

A studio in the tree tops

First of all, thank you Ginga! Your place was elegantly designed and a super comfortable base for our weekend. Every last detail considered, from labels on the light switches to a thorough welcome book with a digital version. We couldn’t afford lodging on Bald Head island and “settled” for Southport. Turns out, it was the right choice! We enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends. All in all a “fair dinkum” stay!

Modern, up to date, cozy, extremely well stocked, very clean, very comfortable bed, relaxing deck with rockers and gas fire pit. Couldn’t have been better. Check in and hosts were very easy and accommodating.

Excellent Host, Excellent Place

Everything looks new and very well maintained. Great attention to every detail. Everything we looked for something we found it! An excellent retreat that's close enough to walk to the north end of town very quite. We'll be back to stay here again!

Excellent Visit in Snow

We had a wonderful time staying at the Tree Escape. How many times do you get to see snow in Southport? Tree Escape was more beautiful than we expected. We were also able to meet Ginga and Oz which was a bonus.

Tree Escape was very quiet and secluded. Everything was just so clean and the bed was very comfortable! Town was just a short drive away and is walkable during daylight hours. We would stay here again!

Peace & quiet get away

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Tree Escape! We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying nature as the loft is pushed back off the street. Ginga has everything you will need. A great late October stay!

This is a perfect option for a couple's weekend getaway to Southport. We enjoyed 3 perfect nights in the Tree Escape. The location is within a minute's drive of many options for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. We really enjoyed watching the Witches Ride and watching as they moved from spot to spot. The Tree Escape was newly renovated and is being well maintained. It is spotless. This is a good choice.

The Perfect Getaway

My wife and I came to Southport for a 4-night stay to celebrate our anniversary and this place, as advertised, was fantastic. The space was very comfortable for two, clean and fresh with attention to detail. Well done! We would definitely stay again.

Details, Details, Details

No detail was left undone. If there was a question, it was either in the welcome app or a QR code for the answer. The only problem is that there is so much to do in the area, we really didnt get to enjoy the space as much as we could have. But after a long day of sight seeing and activities, it was the perfect place to come back to and decompress. We had a great conversations with the host when we arrived, even played a little game of fetch with their pup. A wonderful trip and wonderful hosts.

The perfect Escape!

Absolutely beautiful!! Open and spacious, impeccably decorated and completely stocked with everything anyone would need from kitchen supplies to bathrooms supplies and everything in between. Quiet, wooded lot and large deck.. just perfect. The owners were so friendly and welcoming truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend the TREE ESCAPE for the perfect getaway!!

From the moment we walked it we knew it was going to be wonderful. It was so clean we could have been the first guests. The owners have it decorated so nice. It is behind the owner’s home and above their garage, however privacy was never an issue. It was quiet and peaceful. The added touches…games, toiletries, blanket, coffee…were great. We highly recommend.
