The furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen set up is lovely with wonderful pots and pans and dishes etc. The porches are delightful. We truly enjoyed this house and will book again! The location cannot be beat.

We were in town for the weekend for a family wedding. What a gem, great house, good location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Easy check in, first floor bedroom was great for my elderly parents who have an issue with stairs. Would love to come back and stay longer, a weekend isn’t enough.

Wonderful stay for Horse Show at Carolina Horse Park

We had a great stay while our daughters were showing at the Carolina horse Park, which was about 15 minutes away. It was the perfect location! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! We would stay again next time!

Southern Pines Gem

If you are visiting Southern Pines, this is one of the better VRBO's that we have stay in. Very clean, nice, updated, in a great location. Easy walk to downtown...was a bonus!

Great location for a golf trip

The house is perfectly located for a Pine Needles, Mid Pines, Southern Pines golf trip. The town of Southern Pines has lots of good dining options just a walk or short drive away.

Awesome house, walking distance to restaurants and bars

Went for a golf weekend with the boys. Perfect house for the Pines courses. Less than a mile to Southern Pines. Five minutes from Mid Pines. Seven minutes to Talamore. 12 minutes to Pinehurst number two. Hiighly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This VRBO was very satisfying. To get an idea of just how satisfying it was, imagine a place half as satisfying and then double it! The location was great. It was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant family experience with little to no issues. Overall, a fabulous stay.

Wonderful cottage with everything we needed!

My family of 7 including members of 3 generations had a lovely stay in this cottage last weekend. It accommodated our needs generously- separate spaces, lovely porches, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, closets, and parking, along with a comfortable living area. We all loved this house and definitely recommend it for anyone coming to Southern Pines.
