Beautiful Guest House!
Single story carriage house with full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bedroom and a large living room. A beautiful koi pond on the East with a nice deck with rocking chairs. This small home offers privacy from traffic as it sits 200’ off the end of a cul-de-sac in a small southern Ohio village. We cater to hunters, hikers or families who want to escape the city life and enjoy a nice country sitting. Plenty of wildlife off either side of the property for your viewing pleasure. Flat screen Tv with WIFI on-site as well.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
