The condo had everything you could think of to meet our families needs on vacation. It was just as advertised and perfect for our family of 5, and the view was fabulous. The information we were given prior to arrival was very helpful. The owner of this condo made our vacation a huge success!! Thank you. We will be back.

Condo had everything. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and had some beach necessities such as umbrella and chairs. Love the big screen smart TV to watch movies at night. Great view of the beach and watched the sunrise every morning. Convenient location. Will definitely be back.

Great Place for Family

Wonderful and timely communication from owners. Spacious condo with beautiful view. Made several meals in well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed local fare. Clean beaches with blue water. Several beach chairs and umbrella available with the condo.

TT Red Raiders Vacay

Annual family union and this location was ideal!Close to other family hotels stay but this place was the closest to the water! Great views. We didn't need most of the items we packed. This unit had everything. Security was good. Private parking was great.Not overly congested. Staff were very courteous. Older pool man was friendly. The only issue was the blue walkway needed to be repacked at the end. Husband and family friend fell. Only regret was that I was not camera ready for an AFV entry.Would stay again next Julynbut may look for a unit in II. Already looking to book.

I keep coming back

Condo property is gated and safe. It’s the last condo on the island so not crowded at the beach. Bc the condo restricts to 8 per unit, it is very family friendly. 2 pools on site are never crowded. Shorter walk to the beach than at several other condos on the island, has wash stations to rinse off beach items before re entering condo. Ac works great! Kitchen is well stocked. Owners are very responsive. There are plenty of towels and several beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards in the unit. The beds are very comfortable and tvs in all the bedrooms. Very clean. Close location to dispose of trash. This was at least my 3rd time in this unit and 4th time at sea vista. I hope to return next July.

This condo was just as described in the listing. The owner was very responsive to all of my communication. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay in addition to being very clean which I definitely appreciate. We will stay again on our next trip to South Padre!

Great Stay

Wonderful place to stay and having the beach walk-out was perfect. The pool was clean too! The grill is charcoal and you need to bring your own charcoal. There are no grill tools, just a heads up if you are planning to grill a meal! Would definitely stay here again!

Sunshine and great views

Overall a great place to stay. The view of the sunrises was outstanding. Tons of natural light was a boost for your mood. Minor annoyances. The two back bedrooms have a frosted window to interior halls. One was with a very light shade that could not keep out the very.bright light from an interior hall. That same bedroom had very thin bamboo/polyester sheets that were not comfortable. Overall the unit was clean except for some cookie crumbs left on the kitchen counter, and a couple of throw rugs that still contained a good amount of sand. Details on a pricey unit are important. Would stay here again

Amazing Condo and on point VRBO owner! but,

I can't stress enough how awesome this condo was, the view amazing, the VRBO owner amazing, and the amenities amazing. The only, and I mean the only reason this stay did not get my 5 stars overall was the flooded walkway to the beach. Knee deep putrid water, mosquitos, and inaccessibly for children and elder parents made it impossible for fun on the beach. Love my VRBO owner, just not thrilled with the property manager.

Home Away from Home

Just a short walk to the beautiful shoreline, our condo, on the 5th floor, offered a breathtaking view of the South Padre Island coastal landscape. There was plenty of space for our family to come together for meals and hangout time, but also provided secluded spaces when solitude was desired. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils needed to prepare delicious home cooked meals. However, if exploring the local cuisine was preferred, the property was close to all the island had to offer. Some of the beach items offered for use needed attention, specifically, the beach umbrella that was on hand was broken when we went to use it, but other than that, everything a family might want to enjoy their time at the beach was readily available. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was definitely a plus. When we informed the management that we needed an iron to prepare our clothes for a wedding, Ms. Weiss promptly responded and provided what we needed. The pool and hot tub on property were always clean, and we enjoyed spending time playing and connecting with other families there. Workout equipment on property would have been ideal. The staff at the property, especially David, were outgoing, friendly, and helpful. We can all say that our stay exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning sometime in the not so distant future:)
