*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time resort fee of $10 per person on most days of the year. H GHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW.
*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles.
*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.

This condo is at the end so there are many windows. You are very close to the sidewalk to the beach.there is an elevator in the underground parking. Follow Elevator B. Property manager told us the elevator was at the end of garage. Its not. On left . No sinage.

Great place lack of information

Great place to stay just lack of information how to arrive and get around. Office was closed by the time I figure my way around and was late to purchase bracelets and permit and was not allowed to use pool for the night. But overall it’s a great place to stay and enjoy a great weekend with your loved ones.

The apartment wasn't ready due to a lack of cleaning staff, according to what they said. They didn't give it to me until 7 pm, and it was still very dirty. Under the beds it's very dirty, you find undesirable things.

Nice time

It was very good and fun. Great area especially during spring break, it was calmer on this side traffic wise. Clayton’s was like 12 min away not bad at all. The Ac would get super cold randomly and the fridge didn’t get cold til the 2nd day but everything else was perfect.
