My family stayed two nights here. We liked the clean, spacious space, and beddings. The check-in system was simple and easy. There are some board games and pool table. There are well maintained and dated. But the communication with the host was not pleasant. The response was late, i didn’t get any response for a whole day. I chose this place for a hot tub, but we couldn't use it because it was locked. I asked for the pin numbers of the lock to the owner, and didn’t get response for that even after the time had come to check-out. I was disappointed and embarrassed of my choice. Not sure if I would want to come again…

Five-Star Stay

Our group of six loved our stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. The hot tub was convenient, hot, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies. The garage was big enough for two vehicles, but we only parked on one side since the weather was nice and snow wasn't going to be issue (unfortunately!). One couple in our group thought the bed in one of the bedroom was a little soft, but they preferred firm beds (subjective). The only other area for improvement was the living room furniture didn't provide a lot to support (again, subjective). Otherwise, the house was great and we'd definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Ski Group House

Stunning property inside and out. Kitchen looks newly remodeled and has a open plan to the dining/living area, great for a group feel. Pool/ping pong table are a fun addition for more entertainment. Natural gas grill is also a fantastic feature, always annoying getting a rental that runs out of propane. Garage is large and easily fit our 2 trucks. Only thing I would change is the hot tub could definitely be larger for the size of home, it's a bit of a squeeze for anything over 4 people, which is small for a house that sleeps 10 easily.

Playful fun retreat

My wife and I booked two cabins during our stay in Tahoe for our wedding weekend this is one of the two. Upon arrival the house was very clean and organized. Everything worked except for the iron which the property managers were quick to replace. I had stayed in this cabin with all my groomsmen the first night. Played pool, had some drinks, and used the hot tub. The house was very well put together and had a nice open space for all of us. There was some complications with the other cabin such as lock codes not working and confusion about check out dates for which place. Such as the maintenance guy showing up at 8am saying we were supposed to check out when we were booked for five days at that particular cabin. Other than that, the cabins were beautiful and well put together.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This property was great! Brand new, with a fireplace, hot tub, and pool table downstairs. My group and I really liked the big kitchen for breakfast before skiing and snowmobiling. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great home, outstanding location

Pictures are accurate - the house is brand new and has great amenities. Lack of air conditioning was only downside given it was a hot summer weekend but all else was great, including the responsiveness of the management company.

House is beautiful, with some cons

PROs: The house is gorgeous. The decor, the appliances, the kitchen, all immaculate just like the pictures. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with dishes, napkins, silverware & even toilet paper. The bathrooms/showers were almost like hotel bathrooms, very classy and sparkly! They had Netflix already signed in, board games & a (small) indoor fireplace with just a flick of a switch. CONs: Check in was 4pm, which is a lot later than other air bnb houses.. I thought at least 2-3pm would’ve been more appropriate. As we walked into the house the temperature downstairs was 49 degrees ! And it stayed that way the first night. Lastly, I specifically chose this house because it had a hot tub. We NEVER got to use it out of the 3 nights we stayed. All you get are automated txt messages saying they’re “working on the issue” but it never was resolved. Very disappointed that the hot tub key was never found for our stay.

Nice vacation

The house overall was nice. Great location. The downfall was not having heat for almost 24 hours. Downstairs stayed at 55° and upstairs was 64°. I had let management know in the early evening it was not working and they did not send anybody until 2:00 pm the next day.
