Amazing setting that backs up to the national forest and features 2 private decks on a large sunny lot, easy drive to the ski areas, casinos and Lake Tahoe. This 3 Bedroom + Bonus Office Bunk Room has two large open living spaces and dining area great for groups.
This charming Tahoe chalet provides tons of space both inside and out. It is the perfect place for a group of friends or a good sized family.
The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A quick drive to the casinos, beaches and multiple ski resorts. There is hiking access right out the back yard. The US National Forest Service holds an intricate trail system with something for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy filtered mountain views from the upstairs deck or snowplay in the large backyard.
The upstairs features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, granite counter tops and all the necessary kitchen ware to cook a family meal. The main living room upstairs includes a 40 inch flat screen TV, Sound System, Wifi and Apple TV with Netflix. This area is heated by it's own natural gas fireplace located in the center of the room. The spacious upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and skylight.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs that both hold queen beds and large closets. There is another bonus office bunk room with french doors that features a twin over full bunk bed and slider to the backyard downstairs deck. The main living area downstairs has full size sofa bed, bench seating, comfortable side chair and a desk in case you need to work a bit while enjoying Lake Tahoe.
A double-doored entryway with benches ensures that the 1st floor living area stays warm, while a large mudroom available for guest use has plenty of space to keep all your ski, snowboard, mountain biking or climbing gear out of the way while you enjoy the home.
Guests will be provided with all linens and towels. In addition, household amenities include a washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, basic condiments, shampoo, soap, paper towels, and cookware. The house is heated by a Nest thermostat located in the downstairs of the house.
Right outside the backyard is the Oneidas trailhead which is great for hiking, biking and other activities. Directly out of the back of the lot you can walk out 100 yards to the trail. From there, take a left which will take you out into the forest.
There are 2 off street parking spaces. In addition, 2 - 3 side street parking spaces in the spring, summer and fall. Parking regulations must be strictly followed. Note: Parking on the street is not allowed during winter months due to snow removal trucks.

Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. Secluded Location. All the Amenities
Loved the spot, it snowed a lot so having a large open yard that backs up to the forest was awesome. Clean house, showers a little small for myself, 6’4”, but that’s the only negative I could even think of.
