First I would like to say, the location was great! We appreciated being able to use the shuttle service and that we could walk right down to the water or go dip in the pool.
What was not great, was the condo itself. Upon our arrival, we noticed either the dishwasher or the refrigerator were leaking (next to each other so wasn’t sure which), and it was extremely hot inside. We adjusted the AC and cleaned up the water with a towel, not a huge deal for us as we’ve stayed in countless properties and have dealt with numerous issues. The issue came when I tried to email the owner/property manager, with zero response until day 3.
We arrived on a Friday, and left on a Wednesday, so yeah, would’ve been nice to have a response mostly because they AC never worked. The dryer also didn’t work so we couldn’t wash any clothes or towels, the showers would never drain so it always smelled like mildew, the tv didn’t work, and the wifi didn’t work.
The only response I would get would be an automated email saying something like “We hope you are enjoying your stay. Please leave your phone number in case we need to reach out.” I did all of that, was very patient, and still got zero response. We didn’t even get our check-out instructions besides the “check-out by 10am”. And we cleaned up and did what we normally do when leaving a vacation, but finally got an email at 4pm the DAY OF check out on what to do. Stay away from here and anything that says “managed by Vacasa”.
