Checking into our property was an absolute mess! We were sent codes to get inside which did not work upon arrival. We called customer service and they said someone would come over in person to help us. When they arrived they told us they could not help us so we had to call customer service again. They told us to go to the lobby. The employee was talking to customer service and said we would hear from someone in 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later we got a call from the property manager Vacasa and were given a different property to stay at. This was an extremely inconvenient process. They should have contacted us prior to our arrival and had a place ready for us to check into when we got there. I am very disappointed with the Vacasa customer service.
