We expected a clean pool when we got there, bathrooms had issues with the shower and toilets, ac didn’t work in one of the rooms and very old systems, didn’t speak English or Spanish.

We had a wonderful stay at Denis’s villa in Sosua. Denis was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The villa is exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and everything is in great condition. The location is beautiful and set within a private gated community with security throughout, which made us feel very safe and comfortable.One important thing to note is that the neighbors are sensitive to noise. If you are not careful with the noise level, security may be called, even during the day before 9pm. As long as you keep things relaxed and respectful, you should have no issues.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. It is perfect for a quiet, comfortable getaway to lounge and unwind.

A great deal for a charming split level house in a beautiful private residence close to the beach. Dennis is so kind and responsive (just make sure you message him in french and use google translate if necessary to avoid any miscommunications). Overall we loved it.
