The space in the house was great and the view was beautiful! The dock is a great place to go down to and the back patio is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and relax. It had plenty of space to spread out and my kids loved the basment/bottom hang out floor. My only negative is that the Master bedroom and bathroom, which overlooks the lake, has no blinds or curtains that arent sheer. Theres a large picture window in the bathroom that you can see straight into at night. The way the sun rises it shines right onto the master bed, so some room darkening curtains would be great for privacy and rest!

Red House on the Lake

this house was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. There was 1 Master bedroom and 2 guest beds with Twin mattress in each . That worked out for me since i had myself and all children!

Was like place needed much tlc. Card table for the kitchen table, outlets, not covered dryer did not function and was not told about it until after we discovered it and needed a belt that they already knew about. Beautiful location,enjoy the view a great time with family.

Great weekend get away!

We loved the property and the scenic view of the lake! We appreciated the fully fenced in yard! We didn’t mind that you couldn’t swim, but just loved hanging out by the lake and the fire pit! The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans and necessities for making a meal! The neighborhood was a bit hilly, but quiet and we were able to walk our dog easily throughout the neighborhood. The mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Showers all had good water pressure and were adequately clean! Thanks for a great weekend!

Incredible place to stay!

We stayed here on a business trip for a couple days. Incredible property! Clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. The lake was peaceful and serene. Thinking of coming back in the summer.

Rest and Relax

We were just looking for a place to recharge after a rough year. The location is quiet, surprisingly quiet considering that the houses are very close. Bedding and furniture were clean. The house has a very nice layout and we enjoyed all the open space. The outdoor space needed some TLC. It’s a bit overgrown and several pieces of furniture were broken. The best parts of the house were the spacious master bedroom with the soaking tub and the little balcony. With a little work the house could be a hidden gem.

Summary: Broken dryer, Dining table is a card table, Lack of privacy Explanation:The house and the view was beautiful. There were lots of cob webs everywhere but I understand that. What I didn't like was that there was a card table for the dinning table. I asked about it before we arrived and was lied to. Also the dryer was broken but we didn't realize it until AFTER we had washed all of our clothes, this made our last day very frustrating. Lastly, you can see the lake from almost every room, including the master bathroom and there are no blinds on any of the windows. This made me really uncomfortable at night because anyone can see right into the house and bathrooms. No one else in the reviews mentioned this, so I felt the need to say that. I think I would stay here again because it was a really nice property but just a few fixes would make this AMAZING.
