Great location, really comfy beds. Close to a main road so the noise was a bit much for us, especially when trying to enjoy sitting on the porch outside.

I really liked it but had some issues;management was wonderful

I liked the place overall & eould go back but several things could have improved our stay. When we first got there, my son took 1 step on the bunk bed & the step immediately broke. The closet in both the childrens bedroom & the bedroom on the 3rd floor was so full of junk, broken bed pieces & cleaning supplies they were unusable. The toilet paper roll holder on the 3rd floor was broken as well as a curtain rod in the master bedroom that would fall to pieces everytime I slid the curtain to go to the front deck. My decorative pillow on the king bed was covered in black hair. Everything else was great, clean & there were many appliances to use. The location was great & had easy access to the beach. The views were stunning. The times I did call, Suncoast rental was very helpful & got the maintenance personnel out promptly & they were very nice too.

Nice place-excellent location

Overall, we were very pleased with the house. Very comfortable and an excellent location. The down sides: 1) the elevator was broken during our entire stay. 2) the master shower drain clogged and water spilled onto the bathroom floor and eventually poured out of a recessed light fixture over the downstairs kitchen sink. The maintenance man said it has happened before. 3) there were supposed to be two blankets to cover the sofas for pets but we only found one blanket. At the end of the week, we found the 2nd blanket stuffed in the ottoman and it smelled horrible. But these isolated instances didn't put a damper on our week.

Fantastic Home!

This house was AWESOME! Tons of seating for our party and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were SO comfy! This house was so clean when we arrived and our linens (from Mom and Me) were perfect. Great location as well, with ocean and inlet views. Gorgeous sunsets! Elevator was so helpful too. I highly recommend this home!

enjoyed our stayed

The property was very nice. We loved that it was close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The gate on the porch came in very handy because we could let our dog out on the porch. All of the beds were very comfortable except for the futon. I am not sure if you can get a thicker mattress for that. The elevator broke the first day but we did not have anyone who really needed it so it wasn't a problem. The toilets were pretty dirty when we got there but the rest of the house was clean.

Family Magic

This was the first time my Son from San Francisco his wife and 2 children and my Son from Texas and his wife and toddler were able to vacation with myself, my sister and best friend. The house was perfect and extremely well stocked kitchen made cooking for a large group a great experience. We had a flood first morning from stopped up shower but the wonderful couple that came out to fix it were great. The beach equipment needs to be replaced as chairs and umbrella were broken but that was minor. Look forward to coming back.

Lovely home

This property was perfect for our family. Close to beach and sound. Plenty of bathrooms and every little amenity we could need. Very high end kitchen which we enjoyed cooking in very much.

Top Marks for North Topsail & Shore Beats Work

This was our first visit to Topsail Island and vicinity. It's definitely a do over. We chose Shore Beats Work for allowing dogs, close proximity to beach and wonderful en suite layout with 3 & 1/2 baths. The Master Bedroom bathroom shares a door with the bunk bedroom. I really like how many beach accesses there are in this area. It allows groups to space out. Great sound view of sunsets! I was a little concerned about being next to a road, but no problem crossing the road or from noise. We enjoyed touring the Turtle Rehab Center & visiting the Salty Turtle Brewery. The house was well equipped and clean. We always cook in on family beach vacations. Communication was good with the Seaside Realty. I liked not having to go there to check in and out. There was a water main break the day we moved out. My only upgrade would be to add another trash can. It was full when we arrived & not placed out to be picked up on Saturday by the previous renters, so we had to manage until the next pick up on Weds.
