Very family friendly beach house with open family/dining area and an ocean view! Everything you need to relax and get away from reality is here! Very low traffic beach access is great for fishing! The remnants of what used to be “Ocean City Pier” is a short walk from the house….along with one of the well-known Topsail missile observation towers! The house sits almost exactly halfway between the new, surf city bridge and the bridge to Sneads Ferry. Restaurants, fresh fish and groceries are available in both directions!
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
