spacious apartment but only one bath

We would have happily given up the closet space for another bath, or even a half bath. We're a family of four, I can't imagine 6 people being comfortable with the one bath. Although the kitchen is newish, it is poorly designed and the oven keeps the dishwasher and some drawers from opening easily.
