The television had a fuzzy picture, the internet did not support streaming services. I had to use my hotspot for work and to use streaming services. Breakfast was the worst I've experienced at a hotel. Stains throughout the room. Hair from shaving still present in sink when I entered room. Staff was nice and sheets were clean.

The lobby is beautiful; the rooms are small and in need of maintenance. The hair dryer was broken. The handicapped accessible room was barely big enough for a wheelchair. I would switch to a Hampton.

I just checked in with my family, and the room was nowhere near acceptable. The bed sheets were not clean, the curtains had visible stains, and there were spots on the ceiling. There was hair all over the room, and both the lamps and headboard were covered in dust — clearly the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was a mess as well. There was gunk and buildup around the shower bar (which I now know is old brown caulking, but it still looks terrible), and overall it felt unsanitary from the moment we walked in. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when we tried to address these issues. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for a clean room. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
