I had a great stay here - the bed was so comfortable with nice soft pillows, and they had a free to use washing machine and drier which was great. The staff were so helpful, one helped me order a phone charger online when my foreign number wouldn’t work. I would definitely recommend!

Staff was great, they used a translator device to answer our questions. The bathroom situation is a bit odd. For rooms with one bed the bathrooms are fully private. For two beds, however, there is a huge window with a thing that’s supposed to blur the view in but it’s doesn’t cover the whole window and where it does, it doesn’t blur the view into the bathroom enough. Makes things a bit awkward with the person you don’t want to even share a bed with…

Excellent Stay – Wonderful Staff! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and it was cleaned thoroughly every single day, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. Overall, the service was outstanding and the staff truly made our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing customer service!

Dirty, run down, woefully cramped. Booked the loft room and it was noisy (walls are so thin that we heard snoring as if the neighbour was sleeping in our room), rattling sound from air on all night and day and when we asked for replacement room, they kept promising us a new room but we weren’t given one. Wouldn’t recommend. Far away from everything and taxis couldn’t find it day after day.
