Great time with family

The house has amazing views! Sits right above Dollywood. Really loved hearing the train whistle echoing in the valley. The house had minor issues. Half of the blinds in the master bedroom were not operational. A couple of the exterior door knobs were loose (not functional). Some of the furniture was getting pretty worn, but totally usable. The listing pics must’ve been a few years ago. But overall, it was great! None of those things negatively impacted the time we had! No regrets and would stay again!

Great House!

Beautiful house with amazing views all around. This would definitely be a 5 star house if some small things were better taken care of. No trash bags in the house after a long search, window blinds were very difficult to open/broken, pool table was covered with debris with trash in the pockets, video game worked sporadically with difficulty...and we have 8 children so they looked forward to the games shown on the listing...We were only here for an overnight on the way to the beach, so we carried our trash out with us when we left. Overall, highly recommend. The host was kind and quick to respond to our request for an early check-in. Thanks for hosting our family!

Great Views as Promised

We had a party of 7 and were very happy overall with our cabin and the location. The cabin was very well cleaned and had all the things you would need. The views were just as promised and the location couldn't be any better. We did find a few things that we would love to give our feedback on to the owners. Little things we noticed having working in the industry. Will recommend to family and friends for sure.

Great Cabin

This was one of our best stays. We went out for a weekend getaway with close family and the cabin was awesome. Plenty of space with lots to do. From board games to game room to chilling in the jacuzzi or sauna, we had a blast. When we first came the whole house was clean and the sheets smelled good. There was plenty of towels and there even was shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. We also had small kids ranging from 6 months to 4 years, and I’d say the cabin was pretty child friendly.

Mostly good, but disappointing

We stayed at the house for five nights over the New Year. The house has great views and very nice spaces, but it's a bit of a horse that's been ridden hard and put away wet. The cues were mostly in poor condition, and there was really gross stains on the pool table itself. The air hockey table was damaged and the air flow was insufficient to play properly. When we arrived, the hot tub cover was off and the jets were running. This made us suspicious that someone squatted and used it, and the manager made it worse by claiming the water is drained after each rental and shrugged off our question. When you pay a fair amount for a rental, you want and expect a bit more.

Fantastic house, location, and views!

The house was perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. It is super close to Dollywood and most all of the other attractions in Pigeon Forge, and it is not far from Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. The house has the most amazing views, and with the wraparound porch it was so nice to be out and enjoying them. The set up with bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms was perfect for our group. The host was excellent with communication, and it was super easy to check in and out. We loved our stay here!!

Overall satisfied

My family thoroughly enjoyed the view. The home was beautiful. There was a few issues with cleanliness but not detrimental. Michelle was a very responsive host. Manual was clear, loved that the water was hot for showers throughout the house. Issues were addressed quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Great spot!

This is a great property that my family thoroughly enjoyed. We loved that the master was on the top floor so we weren’t woken up early in the morning by hearing children playin. There was plenty of room and the location was fabulous. 10 minute ride to Dollywood.

Property is beautiful and view is amazing just like stated in listing.

Two family’s with teenagers stayed for one week. The only issues we had were the bathroom lights in main floor master suite did not all work and manager said they would get someone out to look at it but no one ever came out. Everything was as stated in listing. The cleaning was not the best. The beds, bathrooms and kitchens were cleaned but the dusting and sweeping underneath stuff were sub par. Overall it was a great home and location with excellent views and central location to may things. Seeing the fireworks/light show from Dollywood every night was nice. Community pool is small. We would stay again.

Million Dollor View

The property was located in a great location. Very close to Dollywood and the Smokies. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family party of 11. The kids really enjoyed the arcade and the pool table. The only complaint we had was there wasn’t enough towels. I would highly recommend the house.

Mountain escape

Property was great. Great location and the layout of the cabin was super nice. The trash needed to be picked up sooner than it was. We almost didn’t have room to put ours within the first two days. The cabin was on the warm side when we got there and it took several hours to cool down. Overall it was a great choice! I would book again!

Great location and views

Michelle was exceptionally accommodating, and the house was wonderful. You can see Dollywood from the balcony (less than a mile away I believe), and it’s a perfect view of the fireworks show every night. The wraparound balcony offers some tremendous views overall of different mountain and valley sections. The accommodations were nice, and the location was close to major places to visit. The only issue we had was the ability to keep up with the trash, because everything has to be in a cage due to bears. It fills up fast, but michelle had someone on it quickly once I informed her it was getting full. This is a product of the area, not a complaint about the property itself. Overall this was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property Owner and Location

Michelle was super sweet and easy to work with! She communicated so well prior to and during the trip, offering us tons of important info about the property and surrounding area. The cabin was perfect for teens to hang out and relax, views are super, and the location is ideal for getting out and around Pigeon Forge easily. We appreciate being able to enjoy this property for part of our spring break. Big hugs of thanks to Michelle!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A wonderful weekend! I treated my two daughters and their families for a long weekend vacation at the Million$View/Smokey Mountain Cabin. There were 11 of us, 5 adults and 6 children. Everybody was super comfortable. Lots of space and beautiful mountain views. The cabin was spacious, clean, and well stocked for our convenience. Plenty of fun things to do for children and adults in the area. Great price, we will go back again.

Perfect Smoky Mountain Cabin

This cabin is simply amazing!! It is grandiose and pristine! Upon entry, you feel right at home with ample amenities and space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay at home. The furnishings were so comfortable and again very clean. We used the entertainment amenities such as the arcade game and the hot tub! The kids loved it. The views were spectacular from every window in the house. The hosts were perfect as well. Communication was timely although we didn’t need to communicate often as they have everything you need to know about the cabin neatly documented online and in the cabin book! The beauty of the views and this cabin can’t be captured in words. You just have to see it to believe it! Thank you Million Dollar View!

NYE stay

We had a great stay at the Million Dollar View Cabin. Michelle was very responsive prior to, during, and after our stay. The view is incredible from every window of the cabin. The beds are very comfortable; the best mattresses we've had in a VRBO rental. Every night at 9 PM, we enjoyed fireworks on our balcony from Dollywood. The neighborhood has a playground area that our kids loved! Pros: location, view, comfort, game room, and cleanliness Cons: Hot water doesn't last long. We had 10 guest and even with quick rinses, the water ran out quickly. I would suggest a larger water heater or tankless. On our last night, it snowed about 8-10 inches and there wasn't a snow shovel to clear the driveway or our cars. We ended up using a broom and dustpan but was quite difficult. Just recommend having all weather necessities. Overall, we had an excellent trip to the Tennessee mountains and highly recommend.

Amazing views on every angle

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Everything worked well, and the cabin looks even nicer in person, than in pictures! We expected a nice view, but did not expect a nice view from every angle of the house! Definitely a bonus! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages! We had a trouble free stay and loved the accommodations! Definitely would stay again!
