The property was a beautiful location but didn't have the 5 stars I'm used to. The grill in front of the house had no small table or place for a plate or utensils had to put every thing on the stairs, had to call to get garbage pick-up, had a water leak in the laundry room someone had put a small bucket which overflowed, very annoying alarm system on all the doors and pool, TVs went out every rain storm which was every other day, no instructions for anything, 4 of the six pool ques were missing tips, 1 of the corn hole bags was missing, and finally it has a lot of stairs don't reamend for people over 55. I will say the property mgr responded right away to my texts but someone should do a physical inspection more often and in the past someone always stopped by to just say hello and check to see if everything was ok.
