Overall, it was a nice spacious house. The amenities information was pretty lackluster. The WiFi name and password wasn’t correct and the instructions for the hot tubs were generic across, what I assume, all their properties. That section really wasn’t helpful at all. The hot tubs never worked correctly and they didn’t send a maintenance person until 330pm the afternoon before we left. I understand things happen but that was the main reason we chose this cabin and we weren’t able to enjoy them but also no one came to help until much later.

Plenty of room, everything was nice except the hot tubs quit soon after getting in and the gas grill, we couldn’t adjust the flames. Stocked with everything I needed to prepare a most wonderful meal for all of us! Thank you !

Great place

Very nice cabin in mountains. There a very nice pool about a mile down the mountain it only costs 5 dollars for all day swimming. Owners are great at getting what you need in a timely manner. 5 stars all the way around

What a perfect place for a family gathering. Our week with our children and grandchildren was amazing. We totally enjoyed the mountains and the area. The property provided comfort and privacy for each of us—and there were 26. In addition, we were able to cook and share meals and family time. Our only complaint might be that there wasn’t a large enough table for all—but could there really be one?! We adjusted easily! The staff of AvantStay was excellent in providing information and solving problems in a satisfactory and timely manner as they arose. We would definitely recommend this property.
The table was used for more than meals!
The screened porch was a favorite spot.

Beware of the bugs - Would not recommend renting this property

We rented this property for 3 nights and the inconvenience we faced for 3 nights was beyond imaginable. There were 5 families and 25 individuals The basement was full of flies. Few of the girls were asleep in the loft and they found the huge bugs in the bed in the middle of the night. They went to the basement all scared and the basement was full of bugs and flies. 4 adults and 6 kids spent their entire time killing the flies and spraying bug spray in the basement. There were flies and gnats on all 4 floors. It was a safety hazard.The rubber underneath the back patio door was missing and we had to put sheets there to fill the gap Not to mention the GFCI in the bathroom. How rotten it was. The bulb in the bathroom wasn't working and we had to use it in the dark the first night so we called the service guy to check it out. The service guy himself said the GFCI was so black and rotten that it could blow up and kill everyone. It was a serious safety hazrd. We saw it too and were astonished at the recklessness of the owner.We reached out afterwards and tried to talk to the management but there was a back and forth via text with no solid response.If you love your family, don't stay here!

Family Reunion

The property provided a great accomodation for our group of 10 adults and 4 children (ages 9-11). Kids enjoyed game room features (fussball, pool table, arcade). Adults enjoyed the theater area and other sitting areas for visiting. Close to Pigeon Forge attractions including Dollywood.

Ehhh not what I expected.

I really wasn't impressed it was a big cabin and worked perfectly for us but I wouldn't stay here again. It was dark. we were in the up stairs bedroom and there was very little light in the bathroom my wife had to go out in order to do her makeup. also in our particular bedroom the walls were scratched up as if someone had locked a dog in the room and left it and it tried to claw its way out. there was a critter or msybe just a large rat running around in the walls at night that at some point woke all the upstairs guest up. the covers over the air ducts were atrocious caked with dirt. the pool stick were broke the fooseball table was missing the connector one of the hot tubs only heated to 100 and some of the furniture not only looked dirty but had holes in it maybe from cigarette burns.One of the bunkbeds were missing slats to the point the girl couldn't sleep in it. Finally it was a long way out on some sketchy roads im just glad we had good whether.The upside is I have stayed in worse places.

Great stay!

The property was in a great location but you do have to go up the steep mountain. The first night it was dark and scary to go up but we managed. Other than that the house is great.
