Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Our only complaint is the hot tub jets it was pretty weak and not many jets for that evening relaxing soak.

Nice Property

Very nice stay, the VRBO was bigger than the pictures did justice. The location was excellent, close to everything in the area, but still far enough away to enjoy some R&R.

A little disappointing

We were impressed with the space and cleanliness when we arrived. It was as described. However, we were unable to connect our devices to the internet and the AC wasn’t working the last night of our stay (in hindsight, it likely wasn’t working all week but it wasn’t super noticeable until the last night). The property manager was quick to respond but there wasn’t much they could do about the internet or AC (since it was later in the evening when we returned and realized it was out). It was a nice place, just disappointing that the amenities weren’t working.

Great Stay!

I had a great stay at serene spring retreat. The location is fantastic. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet within minutes of pigeon forge. The fact that I could take my fur babies with me made everything perfect. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly when I had questions. Would stay again. I

Ponies in the Smokies

My family, dogs and I stayed at this property and had a great time. The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The communication with property management was always prompt and friendly. Definitely will return to a property managed by them in the future.

Grat location for long weekend!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location! Communication with the hosts was excellent. My kids loved the Pac-Man arcade. The hot tub was a nice addition. Minor couple things- just some dust bunnies in corners and the bunk bed was super squeaky so we didn’t utilize the top bunk. Otherwise- perfect stay!

Decent Stay, but Lacking in Comfort & Cleanliness

The townhome was in a great location, just 15 minutes from Dollywood, making it a convenient spot for our trip. The accommodations were very basic but worked for a short three-day stay. However, cleanliness was a concern. The air filters were extremely dirty, which caused sneezing and coughing for all of us. I reached out to the manager, who responded quickly and thanked me for the feedback, but no action was taken to address the issue during our stay.Additionally, there weren’t enough blankets, and the place lacked simple essentials like salt, sugar, or even enough coffee for more than a day—so be sure to come prepared. While it served its purpose, I don’t think we will be returning. Hopefully, the management will improve these issues for future guests.

Fun Getaway

My husband and I had such a great trip and enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It’s tucked away in an area we’ve never visited, so we were able to discover more of the Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, which was nice. The host is amazing and kept in contact with me throughout the week. I didn’t have any issues, but I’m confident they would have been taken care of immediately if I had. We will definitely be back!

quiet and simple

The condo itself is cute. simple and minimal and very spacious. my two daughters loved the queen sized bunk beds and pac-man machine and hot tub, and the three bathrooms were great when all of us get ready all at once. I do wish we brought extra blankets because the quilt on our bed was thin though and the mattress wasn’t the most pleasant to sleep on if i’m being honest but that’s really the only complaint. it’s about a 15 minute drive down to PF or Sevierville and about 30 to gatlinburg and has a ton of winding roads as a heads up! The owners seem nice and respond quickly as well.

Location is great, please pretty nice also

We had a couple on minor issues with the place. However, owner quickly responded and willing to make it right and make our stay comfortable. I would stay again. Customer service is something we seem to have lost overall but this owner stayed on top of things which was appreciated. Thank you

We would definitely stay there again!

The owners were on top of things from the get go. From right after you book with them. And then the day before and throughout your stay. The place could use a few improvements, but nothing that kept my family from enjoying our time there. And 3 bathrooms for 6 people after 10 hr car ride was wonderful!

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect! It was cozy, comfortable, in a good location. The neighborhood was quiet and taking walks around the block was pleasant with friendly people. The hosts communicate well and made us feel comfortable and had plenty of suggestions for what to do in the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

Short getaway with the grandkids

We had a great stay! The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful location, fully stocked with everything you need. (I would recommend bringing an extra blanket, as there are no extras in the unit). Not a game changer for me though. I would stay again.

Perfect place

This place was absolutely perfect for our fanily of 6! Our kids consistently played the arcade game and loved the hot tub! It was far enough from the chaos and so peaceful but close enough that we could get anywhere quick!

Weeklong getaway in June 24

The check in/out process and the responsiveness of the owner was excellent. Things happen: After few days the AC went out and they moved us to next door. We had few issues that were swiftly resolved. Bad stuff: the cleaning crew needs to be fired. The hardwood floors were not cleaned and The carpet needs vacuum and steaming. I had to mop the floors. Overall the place is as posted. Ample parking space. Will consider next time.

Relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sevierville. The unit was clean and spacious for our family. Especially our dogs! The kids loved the bunk beds and Pac-Man machine. They also really appreciated having their own bathroom. I loved being able to do laundry during our stay. Our favorite thing was that this place was a close drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of these tourist spots. I would definitely recommend this property to families or travelers with dogs who want to visit the Smokey Mountains and area tourist spots, but want a spacious relaxing place to come back to!

Quiet Townhome

Our stay was quiet and peaceful considering we were still in town! The location is great if you want to be close to conveniences, but still have quiet at night. The property owners were very responsive for any questions we had during our stay. They were also very helpful to us when we accidentally double-booked with them when first setting up our trip. Thank you!
