The home is very spacious and laid out great. We enjoyed having 2 full bathrooms as well. We walked in and were surprised that it was decorated for Christmas, something that small added the feeling of being at home. Location is great as well, near so many good restaurants, shopping and attractions. The view of the river was nice and relaxing from the deck as well. Can’t wait to be able to stay again!

The unit was clean, spacious and decorated for the holiday which I really appreciated. Location is great especially if you don't wanna be smack dab in the middle of the Parkway chaos. Jim was a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host. Would def stay here again.

Kitchen was fully equipped with Keurig and regular coffee maker. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Nice living area. We often stay at here at River Crossings due to convenience and we know it isn't high up in the mountains but still has a beautiful view. Owner is very easy to work with.

Short stay. Have family who live in area & visited with them. Only slept there & made coffee (couple of dead bugs upon entering, considering the cleaning fee, I was shocked. No one had been there that day obviously.) The linens & blanket were washed with some strong, & very overpowering scented smell. Hard to sleep, was so strong! (never use a rented room comforter but this one seemed old, as were the worn blankets ) The dining room chairs are worn & sink in badly, had to sit on the edge Did like the 1st floor & very quite around there. Nice view of the river. VERY good location !Thought I'd give a frank review to possibly help for any improvements. We made video's upon entering, as is always professionally advised. Thank you.

Overall this stay was fine. The location was great but the furniture was all wore down. The chairs at the table were difficult to sit in because you either fell through or was sitting ok the wood edges. The couch was sunken in towards the back. There were two large bathrooms and they were nice and accommodating for handicap accessibility, if needed.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful! We stayed there as my son was playing in the Ripken Baseball Experience. The location to the fields was great. A seven minute drive if that with NO traffic. We were gone a lot due to games but in down time the pool was a great way to relax and cool off. The only 2 issues were the TV in the master bedroom was a little difficult to figure out working but my husband is very tech savvy and got it. The other issue was the pull out couch - the mattress was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. This was not an issue for us as we just throw a sheet over it and my son who is 13 slept just fine. He can sleep pretty much anywhere. If we return next year I would definitely book again but would do the 3 bedroom to have that extra bed.

We loved having two full bathrooms and the proximity to everything was amazing. Very centrally located to all attractions and restaurants. This was also one of the most quiet stays we have ever had anywhere. The kitchen truly is fully stocked. The only thing I found lacking was a microwave splatter guard. Ha!The whole facility and the condo itself could use a little attention to detail as far as dust and cobwebs. But we had a great stay.

Great little get away!

Condo is close to everything in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Tuck away in a quiet area. The daughters loved the pool. The condo is very nice and was super clean!
