We hosted an executive retreat at this property and were very pleased with the experience. The space was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a productive and comfortable stay. The convenient location made arrival and coordination easy for our group, and it was also close to area restaurants and attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others seeking a professional and welcoming environment.

This house was perfect for our family trip of 16 people. Enough bedrooms, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. That perk was awesome for the family. Location was nice and close to attractions we went to. Neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed watching the Dollywood nightly fireworks from the deck.

Highly Recommend!

The house was lovely with plenty of room for everyone. It was conveniently located near The Island in Pigeon Forge, but then also located in a nice neighborhood secluded from all the commotion. Our host Emily was AWESOME!!! I received very detailed instruction regarding check-in well in advance, which answered any potential questions I had regarding our stay. She checked on us after check-in and we did have one issue, which was handled immediately at no inconvenience to us. Departure instructions were just as thorough as arrival, so everything went smooth.

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful, even nicer than the photos. The neighborhood is very pretty and new. Easy booking, communication and check in. Everything was spotless, and there was plenty of kitchenware and seating for cooking and meals. Layout of the rooms was great. Our one unanimous complaint was that all of the beds were literally the least comfortable any of us had ever slept on, with very high, extremely firm foam mattresses that actually creaked somehow when you sat on them. For two nights, it was not a big deal as long as you don’t have back issues. The hot tub was lovely. A minor issue is the air trapped in some of the water lines that causes pretty loud whining in a couple of the showers. Spacious parking for 4 cars, but not sure if you could fit 5. Dollywood was only 8 minutes away. Would stay again!

Wonderful place for a group

We had seven people (two couples) and it was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms! Each bedroom had its own bathroom making this an extremely comfortable space, with privacy for all. Place was clean, with wonderful decks equipped with chairs, fireplace and hot tub. Plenty of space for parking three cars. Location is perfect!- it was very close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood with nearby grocery stores and restaurant options. I will say if you plan on cooking, be prepared to bring practically everything you need to cook with. The kitchen, while equipped with some pots, pans and cooking utensils, had nothing else for cooking or food storage- no salt, pepper, foil, oil, nor a large enough pot to cook for 7 people or baking dishes, etc. There is Walmart and Dollar General nearby should you need to purchase anything. Emily was great to communicate with and responded promptly with any questions! I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cabin was great for our family getaway in the mountains! Enough room for all 13 of us, stuff to entertain the kids on a rainy day and a large kitchen and dining room fit all of us too.

UT Game weekend

The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos, everyone loved it and the location. Perfect for large groups or families, everyone had their own bath which was awesome. Hostess was very informative and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Ladies trip

The property was amazing! This will be a difficult house to top. We loved that there were so many king sized beds and so many bathrooms!! The hot tub was fabulous! Having a dining table that was able to accommodate the entire group was amazing!! The entire group was absolutely thrilled with the home.

Great house in great location

Our family group of 12 stayed here for three nights and everyone really loved the house. It’s location is great! The house is in excellent condition and well maintained. The rear decks are shaded in the afternoon and evening making a wonderful place to sit and soak up good weather and chat with others. The kitchen is nice and so is the extra large dining table that can probably seat 14-15 people. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is great. The parking area in front is large enough to hold 5 cars without being too close. The large gas grill on the rear deck was almost new and worked well. We would certainly rent this house again if we have another family gathering here.

Amazing cabin close to downtown

This cabin was perfect for us. Very clean and the kitchen had plenty of cookware for us, appliances appeared to be new. Bathroom in each bedroom was great so there was no waiting to get ready in the mornings. Kids loved all the games downstairs and they all worked great. Could use more seating in living area, small sectional and 2 chairs only but they appeared new as well with soft blankets and pillows for movie time. Quiet location close to the parkway. Would definitely stay here again.
